**Teacher - Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) & Physical Education (PE)**

Fitzroy North College by Saints College is seeking an experienced STEM & PE Teacher to join their school community.

Since 2012, Saints College has led the way in radically inclusive education, supporting students with diverse challenges. We are an inclusive school for 12-25-year-olds seeking an alternative to mainstream education. Our environment celebrates all abilities and backgrounds, providing transformative learning experiences catering to individual needs.

We operate multiple campuses located in Fitzroy North, North Melbourne, Sunshine, Geelong, Colac, Ballarat, Bungaree and a dual engagement virtual learning campus, BlendED.

The young people we serve often face significant and complex educational, social, developmental, psychological, health, legal, or familial challenges, which demand unique interventions. Our approach is grounded in the Operation by Principles framework, which combines education with an understanding of trauma-informed practices.

**The Role**:
It is an exciting time to join Fitzroy North College as we are experiencing a period of substantial growth.

We are looking for a full-time STEM/PE Teacher to join our team at the college, reporting to the Program Director - Teaching & Learning.

You will be employed as an ongoing Teacher, commencing as soon as possible, under the Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2022.

**You will need**:

- Ability to commit to and work within our Operating Principles; **Respect, Participation, Safe and Legal and Honesty**.
- Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Victorian Curriculum, along with the requirements for the Victorian Certificate of Education.
- The ability to inspire and engage young people.
