We are seeking a talented Consultant with expertise in Microsoft 365 development to join our growing team.
You will also have hands-on experience and a background in solution development within Modern SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Teams, and Azure.
As a consultant, you will use your development background and contemporary knowledge to play a crucial role in leading the design and implementation of innovative solutions for our clients.
Your contribution will boost our clients' productivity and solidify our reputation as trusted advisors in the Microsoft 365 space.

**Essential business skills and experience**:
- **Strong background in Microsoft 365 solution development - as a developer and consultant.**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry exposure & experience.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
- Solid project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Willingness to collaborate, learn and work closely with other members of the Lemonyard team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
**Essential technical skills**:
Strong understanding of OR background in using:
- Microsoft SharePoint development and administration
- Microsoft Teams administration
- Microsoft Power Automate and the Power Platform
- Microsoft Azure
- Microsoft SPFx
- PowerShell
- Sharegate, Bit Titan and other migration tools

**Responsibilities**:
**Solution Architecture**: Design comprehensive solutions tailored to our client's needs, utilising Modern SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Teams, and Azure services effectively.
**Consultation and Requirements Analysis**: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements, pain points, and objectives and translate them into practical solutions.
**Implementation and Configuration**: Oversee and participate in the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions, including setting up SharePoint sites, configuring Power Automate workflows, developing Power Apps, optimising Microsoft Teams, and integrating Azure services as needed.
**Governance and Compliance**: Ensure that data security, regulatory compliance, and adherence to best practices within Microsoft 365 are always front of mind.
**Training and Adoption**: Conduct user training sessions and work
