About the roles:
We are seeking experienced and qualified trainers and assessors to deliver and assess the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support in Penrith.

Applicants must hold the current Certificate for the qualification or be in the process of upgrading, as well as have vocational competencies to the level being delivered and assessed.

Essential skills and experience
- Hold the current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment OR TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with the appropriate units to satisfy Trainer and Assessor requirements.
- CHC33021 - Certificate III in Individual Support or working towards (must hold CHC33015 - Certificate III in Individual Support)
- Current industry experience in aged care
- Experienced in delivering training and conducting assessments to various student cohorts
- A clear and reportable professional development plan
- Good administrative skills in terms of training delivery, reporting and schedule management
- A Working with Children's Check and Police Check (for Individual Support only), or willingness to obtain one.

Desirable skills and experience
- Experience in working with and/or training people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Experience in working with and/or training students that may be unemployed or requiring additional employment support
- Good organisation and time management skills
