**The Role**
- Due to a dynamic increase in need, the Disability Supports team currently have a vacancy for a Rostering Officer located in Zillmere. This role is Casual. The role requires 3 days per week, 7.6 hours per day, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

This position is responsible for preparing rosters that support efficient utilisation of employees to meet the needs of service delivery within the Individualised Support programs. This position offers a competitive Casual hourly rate $40.26.

**To be eligible for this position you will require (Key Selection Criteria)**:

- Work with Team Leaders to ensure rosters are consistently allocated to maximise employee resources and minimise gaps in shift allocations.
- Ensure rosters are administered in accordance with the legislative requirements, Rostering Guidelines and HR/Payroll processes.
- Provide Support to the Rostering Coordinator to arrange replacement for planned and unplanned absences.
- Provide assistance to Support Workers and Team Leaders in relation to roster queries and shift changes.
- Demonstrated ability to use computer IT systems including MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to obtain a positive notice in the Working with Children Check (Blue Card), NDIS Workers Screening and any other legislatively required personal history screening as required.
