**Role Details**:
The Department for Child Protection (DCP) is seeking a **Lead Project Officer** to join the Business Improvement Unit on a full-time term basis.

The role is responsible for:

- Building collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external to the department.
- Providing leadership in the development, design, implementation, and evaluation of high priority projects and change activities.
- Providing strategic planning expertise to realise the anticipated benefits for projects, change activities, and directorate planning priorities.
- Conducting high level, evidence based research to provide expert advice on projects, programs, and change activities.
