**Short Term Contract Part Time - Morning Shift**

Carrington Centennial Care, located in Camden, is a highly regarded and award winning aged care organisation, providing independent living and aged care accommodation, as well as wide-ranging community care services within the Macarthur/Wollondilly Region.

Carrington has an opportunity for a passionate and experienced Care Services Employee on a Part-Time basis working morning (AM) shifts with a 3 month contract.

You will work as a skilled and qualified team member who provides safe, respectful and quality care and services. Interactions with consumers will be kind, caring, compassionate and considerate to their needs, preferences, identity, culture and diversity. We enable our care staff to work in a person-centred approach as part of a dynamic team of passionate carers.

**Essential Criteria**:

- **Must be available to work 3-4 Shifts across the week**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) and 2-3 years’ experience
- A genuine desire and passion to work with older people
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team and independently
- Effective and compassionate communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use information technology effectivelyOwn transport preferably

**We can offer you**:

- **Up to 5 shifts per week - 8 hour, 7 hour & 6 hour shifts available**:
