Overview:
The Project Officer - Medical Workforce is responsible to the South Australian Medical Education and Training (SA MET) Unit for the:

- Development of a medical trainee data collection framework for medical workforce training, planning and analysis locally and internationally.
- Collaborating with the SA MET Medical Education Team and coordinating the annual recruiting and allocation of Interns and Trainee Medical Officers across public hospitals.
- Developing and implementing evaluation procedures for the recruitment and allocation process.
- Development of high-quality Ministerial briefings and public responses.
- Provide ongoing project and administrative support to the Director SA MET Unit, Manager Medical Training and the Chief Medical Officer.

The incumbent must be able to work semi-independently and have well developed analytical (strategic and statistical) skills as well as be able to prepare written reports.
