**About the Role**:
As a Test Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure effective quality control and test automation. You will develop and maintain automation test strategy and framework. You will design and implement automated test scripts using various tools and technologies.

You will collaborate with development and QA teams to identify and prioritize test cases for automation. Participate in project planning and estimation activities. You will manage and maintain automation test environments and infrastructure. Analyze and report on test results and provide recommendations for improvement.

On a daily basis you will train and mentor team members on automation testing best practices and techniques. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to automation testing. Moreover continuously evaluate and improve automation testing processes and tools.

**About You**:

- Should to be able to build the practice maturity while planning and managing projects.
- Need to have Automation experience e.g., setting up new Automation Frameworks and training others.
- Should also be familiar with various automation tools and have the ability to mentor and coach engineering teams.
