Position Summary:

- Rise with us, managing and executing Revenue Management projects and strategies
- Ensure hotels' sales strategies are effectively implemented in the reservation and inventory systems
- Use reservations systems and demand forecasting systems to determine, implement and control selling strategies
- Be an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to the team
- Plan and execute team building activities for associates, creating a people-first environment and enhancing their overall wellbeing
- Manage room and function space authorisations, rates and restrictions focusing on attention to detail
- Maintain effective and rational pricing strategies for rooms and function space
- Create long range forecast for rooms and catering by segment and update forecasts regularly
- Prepare revenue and profit opportunity analysis
- Manage all revenue, profit and demand data associated with rooms and function space
- Use analytical tools and systems to maximise revenues and profit
- Liaise with stakeholders, clients and other departments as the main point of contact for the Revenue department
