Airline Transition Training (ATT) Instructor (Casual)

We are currently looking for suitably qualified and experienced casual simulator instructors to join our Airline Transition Training team. These instructors must deliver multi-crew cooperation (MCC) skills to our airline cadet trainees before their type ratings.

FTA owns and operates a high-fidelity A320 simulator and other devices on which the MCC training is delivered.

The role is at Parafield and reports to the Chief Synthetic Flight Instructor/ATT Manager.

**Skills and experience**

All applicants are required to have a CASA Part 61 ATPL or CPL with CIR. In addition:

- Hold a CASA FIR, or a Degree/Diploma in Adult Education or a Cert IV in Training and Assessment and a CASA Pilot Instructor Rating Common (PIRC).
- Extensive aircrew experience in an airline environment.
- A minimum of 1,500 hours multi-crew experience in an airline environment.
- Preferably experience in training multi-cultural students.
- Preferably an airline training background.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Preferably experience on Airbus-type aircraft.
