Challenge2bfit is a school fitness program that brings the fun directly to schools with inflatable obstacle courses, water slides, foam parties, and discos.

Our end of year is our busiest time, and we’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team. This role involves delivering, setting up, supervising, and packing down inflatable obstacle courses and related equipment.

**Contract**: Casual, 1st to 19th December 2025, with the opportunity to continue into 2026.

**Start Location**: Chipping Norton, NSW then Primary schools during daytime

**Shift Hours**: Approx 12hrs

**Pay**:$30 per hour ($5400 for 15 week days)

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Meet each morning at our factory in Chipping Norton
- Drive our trucks to different schools each day (manual licence required)
- Unload and set up inflatables, safety mats, shade tents and equipment with the team
- Supervise and monitor equipment during events, ensuring safety at all times
- Safely pack up and transport equipment after each event
- Keep equipment clean and well maintained
- Provide excellent customer service to schools, staff, and students

**What we’re looking for**:

- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
- Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy equipment (team lifting and trolleys provided)
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Experience in event setup, labouring, or similar physical work (preferred)
- Positive, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable engaging with school children and encouraging participation

**Must haves**:

- Ability to drive manual (small truck can be driven with car licence)
- Willingness to pick up and return truck & equipment to Chipping Norton daily
- Physically capable of handling equipment (hiab crane provided for truck lifting)
- Heavy lifting and pushing, rolling up the inflatables
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for event dates (October - December 2025)
- Flexibility for early starts (most days 5am-5pm, times vary by event)
