**About the Role**
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable **Casual** **Wardsperson**to support our clinical and non-clinical teams at Ramsay. In this hands-on role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth patient transport and overall hospital support services.
You will:
- Assist with the **safe and respectful transport of patients** throughout the hospital
- Support staff during **manual handling tasks**, using appropriate aids and equipment
- Respond promptly and professionally to **emergency situations**:
- Clean equipment and hospital areas as required
- Perform a range of duties as directed by the **Patient Transport Manager** or **After-Hours Coordinator**
This is a **casual opportunity** ideal for someone looking to contribute meaningfully while enjoying work-life flexibility.

You are a team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for patient care. You understand the importance of both clinical support and compassionate service.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Experience with patient manual handling (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to thrive in a **fast-paced, team-oriented** environment
- **Flexibility to work a rotating roster**, including mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends
- A **Certificate III in Aged Care** (highly regarded but not essential)

**Requirements**:
- _Must provide a _**National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
