We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers for in-home support (SIL) in the Traralgon area (VIC). Your primary responsibility will be to support NDIS participants living with a disability. This role is perfect for someone with a person-centred approach, who is energetic and excited to make a difference in people’s lives and is passionate about the work they do.

This position would suit uni students looking for part time hours while studying or anyone who's looking for work during school hours.

**Responsibilities of Support Worker**:
Good verbal communication skills

Supporting the client with daily routines

Supporting the client with in house and external activities

Adhering to company policies and procedures

**Support Worker needs to have**:
1. Current relevant qualification

2. First Aid Certificate

3. Eligibility To Work in Australia

4. Working With Children Certificate

5. Driver's License

6. Car Insurance Details

7. NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

9. COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate

10. Police Check
