We are seeking enthusiastic Diploma Educators to join our team at Newport Gardens Early Learning Centre. The service is an architecturally designed early years hub conveniently located next to Newport Gardens Primary School. We deliver high quality and inclusive early education and care for children from birth to five.

We are looking for an ongoing part-time Diploma Educator for our 4YO group, working 3 days a week.

Monday 8.30 - 3.30, Wednesday 8.30 - 3.30, and Friday 8.30 - 3.15.

**What will you do?**
- Work collaboratively with your team to provide an appropriate developmental and enriching program for children which maximises opportunities for them to develop to their full potential
- Build and maintain positive and meaningful relationships with children, families, staff and the local community
- Be a motivated and driven Educator, who will actively contribute to the program, through detailed observations & documentation
- Assist in building positive behaviour guidance strategies and participate in spontaneous play-based learning experiences to extend on children's learning
- Contribute to a child safe environment ensuring standards are met on a daily basis

**Essential criteria for a **Diploma Educator**:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification
- Experience working in a long day care centre
- Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standard
- Current Working with Children's Check and National Police Check
- Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate
