**About the team**:
The Employment & Leadership Programs team focuses on designing, developing, and implementing innovative and sustainable programs that align with both government and organisational strategic goals. We deliver best-practice recruitment strategies to attract and develop a diverse, inclusive, and highly engaged workforce, while also supporting leadership growth through targeted programs that nurture and retain our high-performing talent.
**About the Role**:
As the Advisor, Employment Programs, you will oversee and coordinate the delivery of bespoke employment programs, meeting the unique needs of business units, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at every stage.
As part of our small but high-performing team, you will play a key role in designing and implementing robust systems that support the seamless operation of these employment programs while ensuring alignment with diversity, inclusion, organisational and government priorities.
You will deliver day to day operational requirements in both internships and traineeships, providing meaningful career pathways and development opportunities. With a focus on building workforce capability, ensuring these programs promote diversity and inclusion in line with the Government Sector Employment Act is essential.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include contributing to the design and implementation of Employment programs in support of Government initiatives whilst reflecting the communities of NSW;
- overseeing and coordinating the delivery of business,
- administrative and support services to ensure the business needs of the Branch/Unit are met;
- ensuring accurate and on-time delivery and compliance with legislative requirements and organization standards.

Salary Service NSW Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at $102899 base plus superannuation
