We are looking for a part-time bookkeeper to join our growing team.

The bookkeeper will also assist with general admin duties.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Accounts Payable duties (entering of invoices, payment processing, reconciling)
- Accounts Receivable duties (invoicing customers, debt collection, reconciling)
- Prepare and lodgement of BAS
- Bank reconciliation
- Payroll duties (payroll, super and payroll tax lodgement)
- Liaise with company accountant (EOM/EOFY)
- General SAP support (entering in new Business Partners, inventory etc)
- Prepare and help with export documents
- General office duties and support to staff

**Key Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP is a plus
