Due to the growing demand in production we are expanding operations and seeking all-rounders to join our team.

**About the Role**

We are seeking experienced workers with hands-on skills to assist in various aspects of caravan manufacturing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install furniture
- General assembly and installation
- Internal finishings
- Performing general labour duties

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Proven experience in the caravan or related trade industry
- Proficient with workshop tools and equipment
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, moving, and performing other tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to follow workflow instructions
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment and independently when needed
- High attention to detail and quality work
- Positive attitude
