Warehouse Storeperson

Forty Winks requires the services of a Casual Warehouse Storeperson for our warehouse currently located in Bennetts Green. The position will include the unloading and loading of trucks, actioning customer pick ups, assembly of furniture on the showroom floors, and all other general warehousing duties. This position will also involve back up sales and other duties during warehousing slow periods. It is important to note that this is a manual handling position and no forkifts are used.

The position will primarily be Tuesday through Friday 9-4 (sometimes 3 finish dependant on workload) with intermittent Saturdays rostered 9-4. Full time employment after a trial period of casual employment could be offered afterthe initial trial period.
- *MR license is an advantage but not essential, however an unrestricted manual car license is essential.

*Experience in the warehousing, delivery or assembly of furniture and/or bedding will be highly regarded
- Ability to interact with customers in a professional and polite manner

*Well presented due to back up sales expectation

**MUST BE Physically fit and able to carry both mattresses and heavy furniture at times unassisted.**

*Must be handy with flat pack furniture and able to install

*A can do attitude and can work well within in a team
- A proven background in either warehousing or deliveries/removals.

*A mature approach and ability to organise your day as you will at times be working independently.
