**Workforce International** are currently seeking a motivated and encouraging PM Operations Supervisor to join our clients team, located in Kewdale.

**Hours of Work**:

- Monday_ 8am - 6pm
- Tuesday_ 12pm - 8:30pm
- Wednesday_ 12pm - 6pm
- Thursday_ 12pm - 8:30pm
- Friday_ 12pm -9:30pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Pre-determine the amount and types of trailers arriving prior to unload
- Check sealed trailers to rule out tampering and ensure security
- Sort consignments for interstate freight, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Supervise and delegate tasks to the PM operations team, ensuring smooth operations
- Ensure booking freight is compiled and sorted prior to departure, coordinating with relevant teams
- Coordinate the unload and sorting of inbound trailers and local trucks, optimizing efficiency
- Coordinate the loading of outbound freight, ensuring timely and accurate shipments
- Generate and verify SPA's (Special Pricing Agreements) for interstate trailers, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for business growth and expansion

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the Transport Industry (Interstate Freight)
- ** Previous experience in a supervisor capacity** **not required**:

- Knowledge of the Perth Metropolitan area
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software
- Previous experience working with fatigue management and WH&S
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Must hold a valid forklift license Knowledge on load restraints and how to load semi trailers
