**About the job**:
Trivett Automotive Retail at Kippa-Ring seeks a qualified Diagnostic Technician to provide quality vehicle servicing and exceptional customer satisfaction in a timely, professional manner.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair technical issues on vehicles efficiently and accurately.
- Perform general servicing, maintenance, and routine checks on various vehicle types.
- Identify and report any additional repairs or work required beyond initial diagnosis.
- Follow Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and Inchcape Automotive Retail standards for all repairs and servicing.
- Conduct thorough quality and safety checks, including road testing vehicles before job completion.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties such as parts collection, customer drop-offs and pick-ups, and maintaining workshop cleanliness.

**About you**:

- Previous experience as a qualified automotive technician, preferably with brand knowledge
- Hold a current driver’s licence and be passionate about the brand
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively in a busy service centre
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
