Full-time Baker

We’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic baker to help us create a variety of baked goods from scratch. This role involves nightshifts in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and bake a range of breads, pastries, pies, and cakes. Follow recipes and production schedules accurately. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met. Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients. Collaborate with the team to develop new product ideas. Requirements: Proven experience as a baker in a commercial kitchen or bakery. Knowledge of traditional and modern baking techniques. Ability to work at night., weekends, and public holidays. Strong attention to detail and consistency. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Relevant food handling certifications (or willingness to obtain). Benefits: Full-time stable employment.
