**National Account Manager, Canada - Toys R Us**

- None**Role Objectives**:

- The National Account Manager joining the Moose Canada team will be responsible for creating and leading a strategy for growth that is aligned with our overall company objectives. You will lead the day-to-day business relationships with your key retailers and the overall management of selling Moose Toys into Canada. Primary responsibilities include implementing a sales plan with the intent to maximize sales volume and distribution opportunities, ensure accurate and timely forecasts at the category level, assist in the development and execution of retail programs from conception to sell-through, and deliver a best-in-class retail customer experience.**Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales role, preferably in children’s toys.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent within related field
- Strong working knowledge of Toys R Us’ planning and execution process.
- Fluent within Toys R Us’ quoting, POS, inventory management systems is a must.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Execution**
- Act as the internal lead to maximise sales execution and be the central point for the National team.
- Help to ensure efficient out of aisle execution.
- Be attuned to key account initiatives and develop promotional and shipment plans that merge the goals and strategies of Moose and key retailers.

**Forecasting and Planning**
- Establish and maintain open lines of communication and collaboration with key buyers.
- Diligent with updating and maintaining forecast by SKU based on current trends, real time information from your retailers and market indicators.
- Identify inventory gaps and liabilities, as well as an actions to correct within Moose lead times.
- Creates future season forecasts with reference to brand life cycle, historical data, and company objectives.

**Strategy**
- Drive the execution of the strategic sales plan for your retailers, and regularly monitor and report on progress as required by Senior Management.
- Continue to nurture our Joint Business Plan partnership ensuring our growth in the short and long term.

**Analytics**
- Attentive to insights and data - gathers, manages and interprets the most appropriate data, set objectives based on these new insights/Data to find opportunities and/or improve processes within the team.

8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday

8:30am - 3:00pm, Friday

30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.

Plus, reasonable additional hours due to multiple time-zones.
- Moose also provides flexible working options.**Travel
- Willing and able to travel 10%-15%, including national and international travel.**Salary Band**
- CAD $130,000-$175,000**Physical Demands**
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone and other office productivity machinery, may need to reach, stoop, kneel to access items
- Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
- Light to moderate lifting is required
- Frequently communicates with other employees and third-parties, must be able to speak clearly and exchange accurate information.
