NoosaCare is located across two incredible facilities - Carramar in Tewantin and Kabara in Cooroy. This role is responsible for the housekeeping and laundry functions at both sites. This includes two laundries’, housekeeping on both sites and has responsibility for maintaining the living quarters for over 260 residents and numerous common areas and offices.
**Responsibilities include;**
- Provide support and rostering to enable cleaning services to be delivered according to established cleaning schedules.
- Ordering and budget maintenance of required supplies.
- Maintains records of cleaning requirements and oversight of quality practices.
- Collaboratively develop procedures to ensure all housekeeping and laundry practices are completed correctly and safely.
- Ensure that employees are delivering safe storage and use of cleaning agents.
- Manage and respond to identified hazards and risks, in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Develops work duties lists and work schedules.
- Implements Workplace Health and Safety Policies, procedures and legislation.
- Maintain the confidentiality of information.
- Provide leadership and knowledge to the broader team.
- Ensure NoosaCare is a safe place to live and work, by following safe practices and responding to emergencies as required.
- Carry out any other tasks reasonably assigned to you.

You will bring enthusiasm and professionalism to the role and be passionate about ensuring the wellbeing of our residents and the greater NoosaCare community.
We are looking for someone that has:
- Experience in leading and directing employees’ and deliver all legislative requirements.
- Experience in undertaking employee rostering provisions to ensure coverage across all required areas.
- Maintaining and working within all work place health and safety legislation
- Is confident working with a diverse demographic.
- Have an eye for detail, strong work ethic and a drive to ensure quality service provision to residents.
- Ensure that all duties are delivered in full and on time.
- Strong customer service, face-to-face and written communication skills.
