We are a place for locals to hang around & day visitors to experience.
What are we looking for:
- Mininum 4 years of experience of solid management in hospitality industry
- Stocktake & daily ordering of stock
- Exceptional leadership skills & be able to inspire & support all staff
- Responsible for Staff rostering & training them to provide great service & experience to our customers
- Should be a happy & bubbly personality with a can do attitude
- Excellent communication, organizational & problem solving skills
- Must have Barista skills with 2 years of experience
- Must know how to adjust grinder & weigh shots to deliver good quality along with being consistent & handling high volume coffee
