**Maybe Sammy is one of the most awarded cocktail bars in the world**, known for its high-energy service, creative drinks, and unforgettable guest experience. We’re seeking experienced **floor staff** who can uphold the standard our venue is known for—balancing precision and pace with genuine hospitality.
This role is best suited to someone with a premium service background and a passion for making every guest interaction count.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and engage all guests with professionalism and warmth
- Provide detailed knowledge of the drinks and food menus
- Recommend cocktails and pairings to elevate the guest experience
- Take and process orders efficiently using POS systems
- Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and timing
- Maintain a clean, well-organised section throughout service
- Communicate effectively with bar and kitchen teams
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-end hospitality venue
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests
- Sound knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and classic service standards
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Available evenings and weekends
- RSA certification essential

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $23.23 - $38.10 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
