**About the Opportunity**

This is a unique opportunity for nonexperienced or experienced Housekeepers/Room Attendants to join our Cumberland Lorne Housekeeping team. In you role as a Housekeeper you will excel in maintaining the professional presentation of our accommodation rooms and deliver exceptional customer service to our guests. We are looking for someone with high energy and a positive attitude, good time management skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Previous experience is not essential.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

- All general housekeeping cleaning duties
- Ensuring high standards are maintained with exceptional attention to detail
- Ensure all equipment is kept in good working order and stored correctly
- Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests either internal or external
- Maintain operational and cleaning standards in guest accommodations and all public areas

**About You**
- Must have availability 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
- High attention to detail, hygiene, and cleanliness
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Physically fit as this is a labour intensive role
- Team-orientated with the ability to work autonomously
- Available to work a range of shifts including early mornings, weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
- Full Australian work rights
