Assistant Valuer
**Job Description Summary**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Analyse and model sales so that the sales evidence is up to date and accurate.
- Collate rental evidence.
- Assist in the provision of Valuation Reports.
- Help to collate data for the preparation of market commentaries on different asset types for reports and general research / market updates.
- Assist in the preparation of cash flow models for valuations.
- Proof-read Valuers' reports checking for any errors.

You hit the ground running in a high volume fast-paced environment, and you have the confidence to take the initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes. You’re unquestionably a people person with exceptional interpersonal skills which assist you to build and maintain superior relationships with your stakeholders and clients, to ensure exceptional results for the business and clients.

**You will also have**
- Ability to work independently
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the essential services regulations within the property sector
- API/RICS approved degree or studying towards (final year student)
- Strong report writing skills
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
