We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Locum Community Osteopath** to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to provide essential physiotherapy services in the community, focusing on **Home Care Packages** and **Short-Term Restorative Care** programs. For this role the areas covered are in the South East Suburbs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide in-home **Osteopath** assessments and treatments to clients with varying needs.
- Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans to enhance mobility, function, and independence.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and other healthcare professionals.
- Support clients under Home Care Packages and Short-Term Restorative Care programs.
- Educate clients, families, and caregivers on mobility and rehabilitation strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in **Osteopath** and current AHPRA registration.
- Proven experience in community Osteopathy, **home care packages, or short-term restorative care.**:

- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to various client needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Current police check.
