**The Opportunity**
Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for luxury and a talent for building meaningful client relationships? We are seeking an exceptional **Sales Consultant** to join our team. In this role, you will guide clients through the journey of designing and building their dream homes, ensuring every interaction reflects the elegance and sophistication synonymous with Marque Property Group.

You will be working full-time: Saturday to Wednesday.

You will be given a Retainer plus lucrative commission structure. Negotiable based on experience.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Customer Engagement**: Build strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, providing a premium and personalized experience throughout the sales process.
- **Consultative Sales**: Understand client needs and aspirations to tailor bespoke solutions that bring their vision to life.
- **Pipeline Management**: Proactively generate and manage leads, from initial inquiry to contract signing, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our design, construction, and project management teams to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
- **Brand Ambassador**: Represent Marque Property Group at industry events, client meetings, and community engagements, always upholding our brand values.

**What You Bring**
- Proven experience in sales within the building, property development, or luxury sector.
- A deep understanding of Melbourne’s affluent property market, particularly in knockdown rebuilds.
- A passion for luxury and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients with precision and poise.
- Knock-down rebuild experience will be highly regarded

**Location**
Our head office is based in Camberwell, and that will be your primary place of work to begin with as an internal sales consultant, however, we are looking to develop someone to eventually work at one of our beautiful display homes.
