**AND YOU ARE?**
- **Demonstrated leadership experience** and knowledge of accreditation standards and legislative requirements
- RN AHPRA registration
- **High level communication and interpersonal skills**:

- Proven experience in maximising uptake of services and/or occupancy levels

Reporting directly to the **fantastic, supportive Chief Operating Officer**, your remit includes:

- **Responsibility for overall operations**:

- **Leading, mentoring and consistently developing the team**:

- Ensuring systems uptake and continuous improvement, **developing programs and services that integrate the aged care facility within the local community, and vice versa**:

- **Driving and maintaining strong bonds** with staff, families and residents
- Optimising the household model of care to **utilise the vertical building design to ensure effective and integrated care delivery by staff**:

- **Engaging and motivating a diverse team** to provide high quality care and client outcomes
