We are looking for an Assistant Manager with strong people management skills and a passion to exceed customer expectations to join our Management team in West Pinjarra.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

This is a FOH role focusing on the customer experience. Supporting the Store Manager, you will be hands on with:

- Growing sales by mentoring a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Daily operations
- Labour management
- Visual merchandising to ensure the store and product is inviting and engaging

**HOURS & SALARY**

38 hours / week with a competitive starting salary of $58,707 + Super. Monthly bonuses paid for achieving performance targets. This is a high traffic venue located on Forrest Highway, operating between the hours of approximately 6:15am and 6:30pm Monday to Sunday.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Previous management experience is desirable but not essential
- Valid drivers license
