**Panthers Group and Pullman Sydney Penrith have an exciting opportunity for experienced Stewards to join the brand new Western Sydney Conference Centre**

**THE ROLE**
- The daily cleaning of kitchens and food storage areas;
- Cleaning of kitchen tools, machinery, appliances and utensils;
- Ensuring the kitchen area meets health and safety standards;
- Ensuring the correct use and storage of chemicals and equipment;
- Supporting the Kitchen Team with other general duties as required.

**THE CRITERIA**
- Experience in a high-paced environment is highly regarded
- Food Safety Compliance experience is advantageous.
- A good level of physical fitness as the role entails lifting and carrying kitchen items;
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment and;
- Strong pride in your work and take great satisfaction in a job well done;
