We are looking for passionate and caring individuals to make a difference in our Aged Care clients' lives by assisting them to live at home independently for as long as possible. You will be travelling around the Bathurst & Orange areas and will need to have some availability during weekdays Monday to Friday between 8am-5pm and be able to pick up casual shifts to cover sick leave or annual leave when needed.
General household tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, ironing, cleaning the bathroom & kitchen, changing beds and washing
- Transport to appointments and shopping
- Meal preparation
- Social Support or Respite for family/carers
- Personal care including assistance with showering and dressing (if qualified/fully trained)

To be successful in this role you’ll need
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
- Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
- Good communication skills
- A reliable team player
- Understanding of workplace health and safety
- An Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable insured motor vehicle (essential)
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (not essential as you can complete this through our traineeship program)
