Tanker Driver

**The role**

Hy-Tec currently has an opportunity for an experienced Multi-Combination (MC) licenced Driver to drive B-Double Tankers, primarily working out of our Pinkenba site on permanent full time basis.

In this role you will be responsible for the loading and delivery of raw materials used in the production of concrete and aggregates to multiple sites, as well as for vehicle upkeep. To be successful in this role you will need to be available for weekend work and we will offer a competitive hourly rate.

**This is an Afternoon Shift position**

**Responsibilities**
- Load and deliver raw materials to company sites
- Ensure safety, health & environment standards are maintained
- Comply with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management and mass management requirements
- Complete basic documentation
- Maintain professional customer relationships
- Maintain the vehicle in a clean and tidy condition

**What you will need to succeed**
- Current MC drivers licence and be able to provide driver licence history check - essential
- A reliable team player attitude with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and sense of integrity to allow you to work independently
- Previous tanker experience advantageous but not required
- Relevant building/concrete industry experience advantageous but not required
