**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Hours**: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, plus Saturday mornings (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
**Start Date**: Immediate start available
**Pay**: Competitive hourly rate + superannuation + staff discounts

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Tyre Sales Assistant who’s confident at the counter and happy to help with tyre fitting when needed. If you like keeping busy, enjoy talking to customers, and want to be part of a great local team, this job’s for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in-store and over the phone
- Provide tyre, wheel, and service recommendations
- Prepare quotes, process sales, and manage bookings using the Costar system (training provided)
- Assist with tyre fitting, balancing, and general workshop duties
- Maintain a tidy, professional front counter area
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in tyre sales, fitting, or automotive retail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
- Willingness to learn and pitch in where needed
- Familiarity with Costar is an advantage (but not essential)
- Physically capable of assisting with tyre fitting duties
