Construction Helper

**Job Title: Construction Site Cleaner / All-Rounder**

**Location**: Northwest and Southwest Sydney

**Job Type**: Casual 3 Days a week
**Salary**: As per Casual Standard Rate
**Start Date**: “Immediate Start”

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking **Construction Site Cleaner / All-Rounder** to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall organisation of our construction sites. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, assisting trades and site managers to keep the site running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general site cleaning, including sweeping, rubbish removal, and dust control
- Clean and maintain site amenities
- Assist with moving light stuffs around site if required
- Help with managing site waste
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Report hazards or safety issues to supervisors
- Perform basic maintenance tasks and support trades when needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience on a construction site (preferred but not essential)
- White Card / Construction Induction Card (mandatory)
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Strong awareness of workplace health and safety practices

**Desirable (but not essential)**:

- Own transport and valid driver’s license
- Basic hand tool knowledge
