**The role**

The role will primarily involve:

- Professional fitting of camper trailers and accessories.
- Manage and develop the team of 4WD accessory fitters’ ensuring their effectiveness and our customers satisfaction
- Keep a daily tab of volumes and resources to ensure alignment.
- Ensure fitting operations are completed to customer specifications, and within company rules at all times.
- Provide regular feedback and reporting to Senior Management on workshop performance and deliverables
- Plan, develop, and implement workshop health and safety, and security programs and activities.
- Maintain physical condition of the workshop by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair or replacement.
- Ensure processes for receiving and storing products are complied with

**About you**
- demonstrated experiencing fitting 4 x 4 accessories in a professional environment
- self-driven and motivated with problem solving abilities
- Experience leading and supervising a workshop team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, organisation and prioritization skills
- should be a **qualified Mechanic or Auto Electrician**
