SYC has been selected as a provider of Inclusive Employment Australia, a new specialist disability employment program.

SYC is a non-profit organisation with a long history of supporting people with disability to access meaningful employment, delivering a quality service, building sustainable careers. We’re deeply committed to our community working alongside clients, partners, and staff to help people succeed.

As part of this new program, we’re expanding our team.

**Opportunities Available**:

- **Employment Coach**
Support participants to understand their individual circumstances, build their confidence and skills, and connect them with tailored employment opportunities.
- ** Inclusive Business Partner/Business Development**
Drive employment outcomes by developing and maintaining purposeful relationships with employers, industry bodies, and key stakeholders.
- ** Regional Manager
- IEA**
Lead high performing teams across multiple locations, ensure KPI and compliance targets are met, and drive strategic growth across the region through quality service delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Experience working with people with disability in roles like support work, case management, or employment services is highly regarded. We also welcome those with transferable skills from other sectors, such as education, customer service, community services, sales, or coaching.
