Your new role
As the Showroom Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our state-of-the-art dealership on West Terrace. This role will utilise your friendly, enthusiastic, and professional approach to greet customers, make them feel welcome, and connect them with a member of our sales team. If you are people-oriented and committed to ensuring every customer has an amazing experience at CMI Toyota, this is the role for you
What you’ll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming customers entering the dealership
- Providing an exceptional, memorable customer experience to visitors
- Answering and directing telephone calls in a professional manner
- Recording customer interactions for follow up by our sales team
- Managing the customer database and other general admin as required

About you
**To succeed in this role, you’ll have**:

- Extensive customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A high standard of personal presentation and friendly demeanour
- Strong attention to detail, initiative and time management skills
- An ability to manage your time in a busy showroom environment
