We are seeking a skilled Web Administrator to join our team and take ownership of maintaining our website. In this role, you will collaborate with web developers, ensure website content is up-to-date, analyze site performance, and provide excellent customer support. If you have a strong understanding of website design, proficiency in programming languages, and exceptional analytical skills, we would love to hear from you. **Responsibilities**: - Website Maintenance: - Collaborate closely with web developers to maintain and update the website. - Post and edit website content in accordance with customer requests, organizational policies, and governance structure. - Review web content, links, and design to provide necessary updates and enhancements in a timely manner. - Performance Analysis: - Identify useful site performance metrics and collect, track, record, compile, analyze, and report site usage data. - Conduct user testing and use analysis to assess the usability and effectiveness of the site. - Recommend improvements based on thorough analysis and collaborate with the web development team to address usability issues. - Customer Support: - Provide exceptional customer support by promptly communicating with site visitors and users. - Keep users informed about site updates, anticipated and unanticipated downtime, and bug and outage resolutions. - Web Design Knowledge: - Maintain a strong knowledge base in web design to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies. - Administrative Duties: - Perform other related duties as assigned, ensuring a well-rounded contribution to the team. **Requirements**: - Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail to maintain accuracy and quality in website administration. - Website Design and Administration: Possess a thorough understanding of website design principles and administration practices. - Familiarity with Squiz, Swoogo, and Modo (preferred but not essential): Experience with these platforms is advantageous. - Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess site performance and recommend improvements. - Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and provide customer support. - Organizational Skills: Display excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage website content and ensure smooth operations. - Programming Languages: Understand programming languages including HTML, XML, and CSS. - Software Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other related software to support web administration tasks. **Match the selection criteria?
