Junior Systems / Solution Analyst - Fast Track your career to a Solutions Architect

This Bella Vista Based Client is looking for a Systems / Solutions Analyst to will join their Solutions Architecture team and be responsible for understanding business needs, and working with Solution Architects to collaborate with other technology stakeholders to deliver high quality, technology based, business solutions.

As a analyst will shadow key Solution Architects with an intention to grow and fast track your career into the role of a Solution Architect.

The role will suit a junior or mid-level Analyst with a keen interest in the design, architecture and functionality of technology systems

Position Responsibilities
- Understand, capture and communicate business direction, challenges and requirements
- Participate in solution discussion. Evaluate and propose solution approaches
- IT solution design
- Ensure that all solutions adhere to the IT standard and practice
- Support business process design
Work with Solution Architects to Deliver digital solutions that include technology implementations and/or adaptations

Required experience:

- Degree qualification in Information Technology related discipline
- Experience with Design Patterns, Object oriented Design principled
- UML Experience
- Software Development background with knowledge of.net or Java
- Exposure to cloud technologies Azure
- Entry level role, preferably with up to 2 years of related IT experience across the full System Development Lifecycle, covering but not limited to:

- Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativity
- System analysis
- Business analysis
- Solution definition
- Solution development
- SDLC - Agile and DevOps is beneficial
