**Job Title: Pure Support Worker**

**Location**: Brisbane

As a Pure Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Providing personalized care and support to clients based on their individual needs.
- Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Supporting clients in achieving their personal goals and promoting their independence.
- Building positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a support or care role is preferred but not required.
- A compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare and support services is an advantage.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle may be required.
