**About Monash Health**
**About The Role**
This position is responsible for administrative support to Clinical Coders & Health Information Services to ensure timely and complete patient health information. This will require following up and identifying location of missing documentation, follow-up outstanding e-documentation queries, and data reporting requirements in line with these functions. The role will require an understanding of hybrid record systems and proficiency in Monash Health electronic systems, and data accuracy and develop relationships and liaise with internal /external stakeholders.
These are part-time ongoing roles, working between Monday to Friday; based at either Monash Medical Centre or Dandenong Hospital
