We're on the lookout for an experienced Full-Time **Assistant Manager **for our **Merrylands Store** to motivate the team, set an amazing standard of customer service and drive store KPIs.

We are after someone with passion and energy to join our Management team.

**So what are we looking for in an Assistant Manager?**
- Store Management or 2IC experience in retail or hospitality is essential.
- Experience achieving sales targets, KPI's and maximising profit.
- Ability to manage expenses and keep all controllable/variable P&L expense line items within the budget.
- Proven ability to manage rosters, undertake stocktakes and order stock to suitable levels.
- Ability to recruit, train and develop our Boosties.
- Passionate about what you do and give 100% every time
- Open Availability for Weekdays & Weekends.

**What will you be doing as an Assistant Manager?**
- Receive comprehensive and ongoing training.
- Accountable for managing rosters, labour budget and recruitment.
- Motivate and develop your team.
- Managing the business, like it's your own.
