**About the Role**

As first point of contact for all customers, our team members will:

- Support our Optometrists with pre-testing
- Offer our customers frame styling advice
- Dispense glasses with various lens options
- Troubleshoot
- Build strong rapport and create a memorable customer journey

**Skills and Experience**
- Enthusiasm: Passionate about creating meaningful connections and supporting the wider community through eye care
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills with strong attention to detail
- Teamwork: Ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues to thrive and achieve goals together
- Practical Abilities: Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing is highly desirable and/or experience in Optical Dispensing.

**Salary**: Up to $70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
