The Opportunity

Key responsibilities include:
Liaising with the Shared Services team, external suppliers and other departments to ensure the timely receipt of documents and to resolve any queries that may arise.
- Accurate and timely data entry of invoices
- Support and guide the Shared Services team
- Complete weekly and monthly payment runs
- Process foreign currency payments when required ??
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Create & maintain accurate vendor records in SAP
- General admin duties

To be successful in this role you will have:

- At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Solid working knowledge of SAP
- Accurate data entry skills
- Intermediate computing skills (including Microsoft Office)
- Above average communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with people at all levels within the business
- A self-starter that has a 'can do' attitude and the ability to think outside the square
