Ecommerce Support

Our client, Cully’s Yamaha in Balcatta are WA’s largest motorcycle parts and accessories store.

We are working with them to grow their digital presence and need an eCommerce data entry person to support their in-house team and external agencies.

The role will involve:

- Uploading and maintenance of product information on site
- Data entry
- Working with our external partners to implement new site features, enhancements and troubleshooting functionality issues
- Monitoring weekly gross to net performance and the operational performance of an ecommerce site
- Picking and packing orders for shipment
- Providing online chat and sales assistance where need
- Ability to assist with in store sales when required

Desirable (but not essential):

- Retail experience including knowledge of SKU’s, inventory management, and sales process
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Understanding of the backend configuration and frontend facing elements of eCommerce, specifically Shopify
- A data-driven, customer-centric and flexible approach with a passion for delivering excellent outcomes
- A passion for motorcycle sports
