**About The Role**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist as back up to help desk for troubleshooting infrastructure issues
- Creation of system accounts for new employees
- Setting up of PC/laptop and mobile phones
- Assisting with user training
- Assisting with daily/monthly backups and tape rotation

**W**hat You’ll Bring**:

- Full Australian working rights is essential.
- Have completed or currently working towards tertiary qualifications in IT/Technology oriented related courses
- Demonstrated knowledge of backup software
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Internet explorer
- Demonstrated knowledge of active Directory user security
- Demonstrated knowledge of operating system image deployment
- Adhere to security practices and corporate IT policies
