Outbound Calls

We are looking for confident individuals with strong verbal communication skills and is customer focused. This role is purely outbound, working with existing & new leads.

What will you do?
- Represent, promote, and book appointments for small to medium size businesses to meet with our consultants
- Engage customers to build rapport and discover their business needs
- Offer personalised value-based solutions that will impress your customers

You will bring with you, minimum 12 months customer service experience within a high-volume environment and a background in sales/telemarketing and are keen to learn and perform at your best

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)
