**Are you a strong and capable educator looking to further build on your leadership skills and mentoring?**

We are actively seeking an experienced full time educator to work alongside our established team of educators supporting and mentoring a small team ensuring exceeding practices are continued and built upon in our everyday practice.

Curious Kids is a family owned and operated service that has been established for 12 years. We pride ourselves on being an exceeding service incorporating natural elements into our play-based learning programs, creating inviting learning spaces, and building strong and meaningful relationships with our families and children.

This role is preferably a Preschool room role but additionally seeking an experienced educator to complement our established growing team.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Is passionate and enthusiastic leading a team and classroom by effectively engaging with educators, families, children, and the wider community to implement the educational curriculum and experiences to meet the individual needs of the children.
- You will have a strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and Child Safe Standards.
- You will work at all times in compliance with National Regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet high quality standards.
- A team player, someone who intends to work in a supportive and collaborative team environment and strives that your everyday practice is best practice.
- Is available to work between the hours of 7am-6pm on rotating shifts, 7am to 3pm and 10am to 6pm (weekly rotation)
- Someone who is professional, punctual, and reliable.
- Sound interpersonal and communication skills
- Applicants MUST be over 18 years and have their own transport.
- Currently hold a Working with Children’s Check (WWCC)
- Minimum two years’ experience in the Early Childhood Profession
- Documented evidence of qualification: ECT / Diploma / Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care approved by ACECQA.
